Stable CHOK1 cell line overexpressing mouse CD22, ideal for studying B-cell signaling, immunotherapy target validation, and antibody development.
Mouse CD22 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse CD22 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse CD22 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CD22 is a B-cell-specific transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a key role in regulating B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling. It functions as an inhibitory co-receptor and is an emerging target in autoimmune diseases and B-cell malignancies such as leukemia and lymphoma.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
