Mouse CD36 overexpression cell lines are generated through stable integration of exogenous genes, suitable for lipid metabolism, inflammation.
Mouse CD36 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse CD36 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Mouse CD36 is a transmembrane scavenger receptor involved in lipid metabolism, inflammation, and immune recognition. It plays a central role in fatty acid uptake and oxidized low-density lipoprotein binding. CD36 is widely studied in metabolic disorders, atherosclerosis, and tumor immunity.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
