Xpress™ Mouse CLDN3 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1), enabling tight junction research, epithelial barrier modeling, and CLDN-targeted antibody screening.
Xpress™ Mouse CLDN3 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by lentiviral vector-mediated stable integration of full-length mouse CLDN3 gene into CHOK1 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Claudin-3 (CLDN3) is a tight junction protein critical for maintaining epithelial barrier integrity. Mouse CLDN3 is implicated in regulating cell polarity and permeability. Aberrant CLDN3 expression has been linked to tumorigenesis and metastasis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
