The Xpress™ Mouse CLEC5A Overexpression Cell Line (293T) provides a powerful tool for studying CLEC5A-mediated signaling and inflammatory disease models.
Xpress™ Mouse CLEC5A over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse CLEC5A overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous murine CLEC5A gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
CLEC5A encodes a C-type lectin receptor involved in innate immune responses and proinflammatory cytokine release. It is notably implicated in viral infection-related inflammation such as dengue virus-induced hemorrhagic responses. AcceGen offers generation of species-specific overexpression cell lines. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
