The mouse CXCR5 HEK293 overexpression cell line stably integrates exogenous CXCR5, suitable for research on autoimmune diseases and B cell malignancies.
Mouse CXCR5 HEK293 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (HEK293) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse CXCR5 HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse CXCR5 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The mouse CXCR5 gene encodes a chemokine receptor predominantly expressed on B cells and follicular helper T cells. It is crucial for lymphoid tissue organization and immune cell trafficking through interaction with its ligand CXCL13. CXCR5 plays a role in autoimmune diseases and B cell-related malignancies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
