Description

Mouse ICAM1 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse ICAM1 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse ICAM1 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
ICAM1 facilitates immune cell recruitment and inflammatory responses. In mouse models, it plays key roles in leukocyte trafficking and autoimmune disease progression. It is also implicated in the tumor microenvironment and immune evasion.
