Description

Xpress™ Rat CD70 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from the human embryonic kidney (HEK293T) parental cell line based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral transduction of full-length rat CD70 into 293T host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CD70 is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, functioning as a costimulatory molecule in T cell activation. Rat CD70 regulates immune responses and is aberrantly expressed in certain hematological malignancies.
