The Xpress™ rat CD73 overexpression cell line is an ideal model for studying immune suppression and developing targeted small molecule inhibitors.
Xpress™ Rat CD73 over-expressing cell line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Rat CD73 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous rat CD73 (Nt5e) into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CD73 (ecto-5′-nucleotidase, Nt5e) is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular AMP to adenosine, playing a key role in immunosuppression and tumor immune evasion. It is involved in purinergic signaling and contributes to the formation of an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. CD73 overexpression has been observed in various cancers, including breast, colorectal, and prostate cancer. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
