CHOK1 cells stably expressing rat TPBG, suitable for interspecies glycoprotein function studies, tumor antigen evaluation, and translational cancer models.
Xpress™ Rat TPBG Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TPBG overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous rat TPBG into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The TPBG gene encodes trophoblast glycoprotein, involved in cell-cell adhesion and signaling pathways in tumor progression and immune modulation. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
