4T1/GFP Luciferase HSV1-tk Stable Cell Line by AcceGen is for multimodal imaging of breast cancer metastasis and targeted radionuclide therapy.
4T1/GFP Luciferase HSV1-tk Stable Cell Line is a multifunctional reporter cell line derived from the murine 4T1 mammary carcinoma, engineered to co-express green fluorescent protein (GFP), luciferase (Luc), and herpes simplex virus type 1 thymidine kinase (HSV1-tk). This triple-reporter system enables multimodal tracking through fluorescence imaging, bioluminescence detection, and radionuclide-based monitoring, making it ideal for in vitro and in vivo tumor studies. The adherent epithelial cells retain native 4T1 tumorigenicity and metastatic potential while providing sensitive, quantitative readouts for cell proliferation, migration, and therapeutic response. Applications include longitudinal cancer research, drug efficacy testing, and multimodal imaging validation. Cells are maintained at low passages (<P20) to ensure stable reporter expression. The cells have undergone rigorous quality control testing and are confirmed free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

The 4T1/GFP-Luciferase-HSV1-tk Stable Cell Line is a multifunctional murine breast cancer model combining fluorescent (GFP), bioluminescent (Luciferase), and PET imaging (HSV1-tk) reporters for comprehensive tumor monitoring. This system enables simultaneous fluorescence tracking, sensitive bioluminescence quantification, and radiotracer-based imaging, making it ideal for metastasis studies, drug screening, and therapy evaluation. The cell line permits cross-modal validation in both in vitro and in vivo applications. Maintain in DMEM medium with appropriate selection agents to ensure stable triple-reporter expression throughout experiments.
