AceSeq™ Faecal DNA Kit is designed to extract genomic DNA from faecal samples. This kit uses a centrifugal adsorption column that can specifically bind DNA and a unique precipitation system. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is a unique new material of AcceGen, which can efficiently and exclusively adsorb DNA, and can remove impurity proteins and other organic compounds in cells to the maximum extent. Unique precipitants can effectively remove impurities from samples. The extracted genomic DNA has large fragments, high purity and reliable quality. The recovered DNA can be directly used in molecular biology downstream experiments such as PCR.
