AceSeq™ FFPE RNA Kit

Description

AceSeq™ FFPE RNA Kit is designed for extracting RNA from FFPE. Nucleic acids from FFPE samples are often fragmented and chemically modified with formaldehyde due to the limitations of fixation and embedding, making extraction difficult. This kit adopts the silicon matrix membrane column purification method, and to the extent possible, the total RNA obtained is of higher purity and more complete information. The extracted RNA can be applied to downstream experiments such as RT-PCR. AceSeq™ FFPE RNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality RNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
