AceSeq™ LipFect 5000 Lipofectamine Transfection Reagent is a general-purpose nucleic acid transfection reagent, which is suitable for transfecting plasmid DNA into mammalian cells. LipFect 5000 has excellent transfection performance and can transfect most adherent cells and some suspension cells. In adherent cultured Hela cells, the positive rate of LipFect 5000 transfection can be as high as more than 70%. In particular, for vascular endothelial cells, the positive rate of transfection can be as high as more than 85%. AceSeq™ LipFect 5000 Lipofectamine Transfection Reagent that is easy to operate has excellent cell transfection performance and low cytotoxicity. |
