AceSeq™ Poultry Blood DNA Kit is designed for extracting DNA from fresh or anticoagulated poultry whole blood. Poultry blood is different from mammalian blood. Mammalian mature erythrocytes do not contain nuclei, while poultry erythrocytes have nuclei, so the DNA content is also much higher than that of mammalian cells. And the recommended volume of poultry blood is 20 to 50 μL. AceSeq™ Poultry Blood DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
