Description

AceSeq™ RNA Purification Kit provides a rapid and easy-to-use method for purification and recovery of RNA transcribed in vitro and total RNA extracted from various materials. This kit uses a silica gel adsorption column with high specific adsorption capacity and the application of optimized specific buffer, which can selectively bind and recover the target RNA, and remove the contaminated impurities.
