Description

AceSeq™ Tissue/Cell miRNA Kit is developed based on the adsorption column method for extracting small RNAs such as miRNA, siRNA, and snRNA with a length of 20-200 nt from various animal tissue or cell samples. The adsorption column adopts special silica-based membrane packing, which greatly enhances the adsorption of small RNA (< 200nt). All operations can be completed within 1 hour. The extracted small RNA is free of DNA and protein contamination. And the extracted small RNAs can be used for Northern blot analysis, RT-PCR, and Microarray analysis. AceSeq™ Tissue/Cell miRNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality miRNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
