AceSeq™ Ultra Pure Blood RNA Kit is suitable for rapid extraction of high-purity total RNA from whole blood. The modified TRIzol methods is used to lysate cells and inactivate RNA enzymes. Then the total RNA is selectively adsorbed on the silicon matrix membrane in the spin column in a high-salt state. And through a series of rapid rinse-centrifugation steps, the protein-removing solution and rinsing solution remove impurities such as cell metabolites and proteins. Finally, low-salt RNase free water elutes the pure RNA from the silicon matrix membrane. AceSeq™ Ultra Pure Blood RNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
