Description

AceSeq™ Viral RNA Kit provides a rapid and efficient method for extracting high-quality RNA from virus-containing plasma, serum, body fluids, swabs, cells and their culture supernatants, tissues and other samples. This kit is based on the spin column as the separation matrix. The viral RNA extracted by this kit can be used for qRT-PCR, Northern, Dot Blot, in vitro translation, RNase protection assay, cDNA cloning and other downstream experiments. It can also be used for microarray, high throughput sequencing and other experiments that require high RNA quality.
