This T Cell recognizes peptide NLVPMVATV presented by HLA-A*0201.
Anti CMV T Cells, HLA-A*0201 restricted, are human T lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood and specialized in targeting cytomegalovirus (CMV)-infected cells in individuals carrying the HLA-A0201 allele. Following the primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. These T cells recognize viral peptides presented by the HLA-A*0201 molecule on the surface of infected cells, leading to their targeted destruction. Research has demonstrated that these cells can be utilized for adoptive immunotherapy to prevent or treat CMV-associated diseases, particularly in transplantation settings. In vitro, these cells show limited proliferation capacity, and repeated freezing and thawing during culture should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Anti CMV T Cells (HLA-A0201 restricted) are ideal for studying antigen-specific immune responses against cytomegalovirus. These T cells recognize CMV-derived peptides presented by HLA-A0201 and are valuable for research in viral latency, reactivation, and immune surveillance. They are also useful in monitoring CMV-specific immunity in immunocompromised patients and evaluating vaccine efficacy.
