Description

BALB/c Mouse Ovarian Fibroblasts are primary fibroblasts isolated from the ovarian stromal tissue of BALB/c mice (Mus musculus). These fibroblasts contribute to the ovarian extracellular matrix (ECM) composition, structural support, and paracrine signaling within the ovarian microenvironment. In culture, BALB/c Mouse Ovarian Fibroblasts exhibit the characteristic spindle-shaped, elongated morphology typical of mesenchymal cells. They express mesenchymal markers such as vimentin and fibroblast-specific protein 1. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
