BALB/c Mouse Stomach Epithelial Cells provide an excellent model for studying gastric epithelial biology, mucosal barrier function, and gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis, gastric ulcers, and gastric cancer. They are ideal for investigating host-pathogen interactions, including infection mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori, as well as the effects of pharmaceuticals and toxins on gastric epithelial integrity. These cells can be used in 2D monolayer cultures or incorporated into 3D organoid models to better replicate in vivo physiology.
