C57BL/6 Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells are isolated from the mouse aorta of C57BL/6 mice. The cell morphology exhibits typical endothelial cell characteristics, with polygonal or cobblestone-like arrangement, adherent growth, and formation of a single layer of tight junction structure. These cells express endothelial cell markers, such as CD31 (PECAM-1), vascular endothelial cadherin (VE-Cadherin), and von Willebrand factor (vWF). Their functions include maintaining vascular barrier integrity, regulating vascular tone, participating in inflammatory responses and thrombogenesis, and modulating local blood flow through the secretion of mediators such as nitric oxide (NO). The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

C57BL/6 Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells can be used to explore the functions and regulatory mechanisms of vascular endothelial cells under physiological and pathological conditions. In addition, these cells can also be used to evaluate the effects of drugs on vascular endothelial cells and screen for drug candidates with vascular protective effects.
