C57BL/6 Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are isolated from lymph notes of pathogen-free laboratory mice.
C57BL/6 Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are primary cells isolated from the lymphatic vasculature of pathogen-free laboratory mice, serving as an ideal model for investigating lymphatic vessel structure in mice, characterizing C57BL/6 lymphatic cell function, and analyzing the mouse lymphatic vascular network. They primarily reside within lymphatic vessels in tissues such as the dermis and lymph nodes. Following primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. The cells perform essential physiological functions including immune cell trafficking through CCL21-mediated dendritic cell transport, tissue fluid drainage via VEGFR-3-dependent permeability regulation, and modulation of tumor metastasis routes. Studies demonstrate their critical implication in lymphedema, transplant rejection, and melanoma metastasis. Phenotypic validation confirms expression of lymphatic endothelial markers VE-cadherin, and CD31/PECAM-1. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided during culture. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

C57BL/6 Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (LECs) serve as an in vitro model to study the pathogenesis of lymphatic disorders in diseases such as lymphedema and transplant rejection. These cells help elucidate mechanisms of impaired fluid drainage, pathological lymphangiogenesis, and alloimmune activation.
