Mouse bone marrow neutrophils (MBMNEUCs) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice.
CD-1 Mouse Bone Marrow Neutrophils (MBMNEUCs) are primary immune cells freshly isolated from the femurs and tibias of healthy, adult, pathogen-free CD-1 mice of both sexes. After extraction, neutrophils are enriched via density gradient or magnetic bead separation, achieving high purity with minimal leukocyte contamination. These cells show typical multi-lobed nuclei and express Ly6G and CD11b, making them suitable for CD-1 mouse hematopoietic research. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thawcycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

CD-1 Mouse Bone Marrow Neutrophils are indispensable for studying innate immunity, acute inflammation, chemotaxis, oxidative burst, and neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation. They are widely used in bacterial infection models, tumor immunology, and drug screening platforms that target neutrophil behavior or lifespan. Their responsiveness to cytokines, chemoattractants, and pathogens makes them ideal for assays involving flow cytometry, ROS detection, ELISA, live-cell imaging, and transwell migration, supporting studies of neutrophil response in CD-1 mouse marrow.
