Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from the lung tissues of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice.
CD-1 Mouse Lung Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are primary stem cells isolated from CD-1 mouse lung tissue, representing CD-1 mouse lung stem cell niches. These adherent MSCs exhibit typical spindle-shaped morphology, robust proliferation, and maintain intrinsic multipotent characteristics, including the ability to differentiate into multiple mesenchymal lineages. They provide a physiologically relevant and consistent model for studies in regenerative medicine, MSC-mediated lung tissue repair, and pulmonary disease, while supporting mechanistic investigations and preclinical applications. To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thawcycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These mouse lung MSCs serve as an essential model for investigating lung tissue repair, fibrosis, regenerative medicine, and stem cell biology. Their ability to differentiate into multiple mesenchymal lineages makes them invaluable for studying cellular mechanisms in pulmonary diseases, drug screening, and gene function analysis. Their murine origin provides translational relevance for in vivo lung disease models.
