Description

The RedCMTPX cytoplasmic red fluorescent probe can easily penetrate the membrane of living cells and enter the cell, converting into a reaction product that is not cell-permeable, emitting a strong fluorescent signal. As the cells proliferate, the dye is transferred to daughter cells rather than adjacent cells in the population. At the same time, the dye fluorescence signal can be maintained for at least 72 hours. The RedCMTPX dye is non-toxic, stable, has a long-lasting fluorescence signal, and has bright fluorescence characteristics in a physiological pH environment. In addition, the excitation and emission wavelengths of the dye are Ex=577nm and Em=602nm, respectively, emitting red fluorescence, which can be used well with green fluorescent protein GFP to achieve multiple fluorescence detection.
