GFP-Human Dermal Lymphatic Microvascular Endothelial Cells allow fluorescence-based tracking of lymphatic endothelium in angiogenesis and flow assays.
GFP-HDLMVECs cells were selected from HGLMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided at passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 15 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
