GFP/Raw264.7 Stable Cell Line is a genetically engineered macrophage model created from murine Raw264.7 cells through stable integration of green fluorescent protein (GFP). This cell line maintains characteristic macrophage morphology and functionality, including phagocytic activity and cytokine production, while exhibiting strong, constitutive GFP expression for real-time cell tracking. The bright fluorescent labeling enables non-invasive monitoring of cell migration, distribution, and viability in both in vitro and in vivo applications without requiring exogenous staining procedures. Key macrophage surface markers (CD14, F4/80) remain unaltered, making this cell line particularly valuable for immunological studies, macrophage function research, and cell-based assay development. The stable GFP expression allows long-term cell tracking in co-culture systems and animal models while maintaining normal cellular physiology. Cells are cryopreserved at low passage numbers (<P20) to ensure consistent GFP expression levels and genetic stability. The cells have undergone rigorous quality control testing and are confirmed free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
