GLI1 Knockout 293T Cell Line is generated from human embryonic kidney 293T cells through CRISPR/Cas9-mediated disruption of the GLi Family Zinc Finger 1 (GLI1) gene, a terminal effector of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway that regulates cell proliferation, stemness, and tumorigenesis.
