HEK293AEQ cells expressing the mitochondrially-targeted AEQUORIN protein. HEK293AEQ cells are selected from Blasticidin resistance HEK293 cells infected with lentiviruses expressing AEQUORIN with mitochondria targeting signal sequence.
Quality Control

All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.

Recommended Medium And Supplement

Thaw Medium: MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% peillin G/Streptomycin.

Growth Medium: Thaw Medium 1 plus 400 μg/ml of Geneticin.
