HighQC™ Follicular Stem Cell products include human hair and dental follicle stem cells, applicable in regenerative dental and hair follicle research.
HighQC™ Human Follicular Stem Cells are isolated from human hair follicle tissue obtained from healthy donors, primarily originating from the follicular bulge region, a well-recognized niche enriched in adult stem cells. Cells exhibit typical adherent growth with small spindle-shaped to polygonal morphology and form compact colonies in vitro. Follicular stem cells possess strong self-renewal capacity and multipotent differentiation potential, and under appropriate culture conditions can differentiate toward epidermal keratinocytes, hair follicle lineages, and dermal-related cell types, contributing to hair follicle regeneration and epidermal repair. These cells express characteristic follicular stem cell markers including SOX9, and LGR5, as confirmed by immunostaining and/or flow cytometry, while lacking hematopoietic markers such as CD45. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
