HighQC™ Germline-Derived Pluripotent Stem Cell enables germline reprogramming analysis and supports germ cell development and early lineage modeling.
HighQC™ Germline-Derived Pluripotent Stem Cells (GPSCs) are generated from germline stem cells (GSCs) isolated from the testes of postnatal day 35 (PND 35) Oct4-GFP transgenic mice under defined conversion culture conditions. These cells exhibit typical pluripotent stem cell morphology, including compact, dome-shaped colonies with clear boundaries, a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio, and clonal growth characteristics. During conversion, GPSCs acquire a pluripotent state, as indicated by positive expression of SSEA-4. Functionally, they possess robust self-renewal capacity and demonstrate pluripotency by differentiating into multiple cell lineages, including cardiomyocytes and neural cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Germline-Derived Pluripotent Stem Cells provide a versatile in vitro platform for studying mouse pluripotency, self-renewal, and lineage specification. These cells are widely used to investigate molecular mechanisms regulating pluripotent states and early embryonic development. Additionally, they serve as a robust model for functional genomics, gene regulation analysis, and pathway interrogation in mouse stem cell systems.
