Description

HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow CD133+ Stem/Progenitor Cells are positively selected from adult bone marrow using immunomagnetic cell separation. These cells represent a highly primitive population with enhanced proliferative capacity and multilineage differentiation potential. Human bone marrow CD133+ cells are valuable in preclinical gene therapy studies, and vascular regeneration research. Their bone marrow origin allows researchers to model adult hematopoiesis, tumor-initiating cell behavior, and microenvironmental interactions in vitro. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
