HighQC™ Human Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cells are primary multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) isolated from healthy adult human bone marrow aspirates. These cells exhibit fibroblast-like morphology with spindle-shaped, adherent growth patterns and high proliferative capacity. They express typical MSC surface markers including CD73, CD90, and CD105, while lacking hematopoietic markers such as CD34 and CD45, confirmed by flow cytometry. These cells demonstrate multipotency, capable of differentiating into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, and adipocytes under defined culture conditions. They play a vital role in tissue repair and immunomodulation. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
