HighQC™ Human Embryonic Stem Cells E1 are pluripotent stem cells derived from the inner cell mass of a healthy human blastocyst. They exhibit compact, dome-shaped colonies with a high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio and strong proliferation in feeder-free culture systems. E1 cells express key pluripotency markers, including OCT4, SOX2, NANOG, SSEA-3, SSEA-4, TRA-1-60, and TRA-1-81, and maintain a normal human karyotype with high telomerase activity. These cells can differentiate into neuronal, cardiac, and endodermal lineages, making them ideal for developmental biology, differentiation, toxicology, and regenerative medicine research.

Yes. Specific individual hESC lines can be ordered separately rather than as a mixed collection. For each individual cell line, an independent Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and full characterization data are provided, including karyotype analysis, STR authentication, pluripotency marker expression, and sterility and mycoplasma testing.
HighQC™ hESC lines exhibit stable and robust pluripotency marker expression under undifferentiated culture conditions. Typical expression profiles include: Oct4 (POU5F1) >90% positive, SSEA-4 >90% positive, and SSEA-1 <10% positive, consistent with high pluripotency and minimal spontaneous differentiation.
All HighQC™ hESC products undergo standardized trilineage differentiation validation, confirming their capacity to differentiate into ectodermal (neural), mesodermal (cardiac), and endodermal (hepatic) lineages. Due to inherent variability among different cell lines, donor backgrounds, and differentiation protocols, uniform quantitative efficiency percentages are not provided for individual lineages.
