Induced Pluriopotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) Adipose/Parkinson/ Episomal Donor
HighQC™ Human iPSCs (iPSC From Adipose/ Parkinson/ Episomal) are integration-free induced pluripotent stem cells derived from adipose tissue fibroblasts through episomal reprogramming. Reprogramming is achieved through episomal delivery of defined transcription factors, including OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, c-MYC, and LIN28. These cells express pluripotency markers including OCT4, NANOG, SSEA-4, and TRA-1-60, and can efficiently differentiate into functionally active dopaminergic neurons, a key neuronal subtype affected in Parkinson’s disease. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human iPSCs (iPSC From Adipose/ Parkinson/ Episomal) serve as a valuable platform for disease modeling and drug screening. For example, they facilitate the study of Parkinson’s disease mechanisms, including dopaminergic neuron degeneration, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction. In addition, their genetic stability and absence of viral integrations make them suitable for research into regenerative mechanisms and cell differentiation processes.
