HighQC™ Human iPSC-Derived Cortical Neurons, iPSC-derived from sporadic Alzheimer's donors, ready for disease modeling, assays, and drug testing.
HighQC™ Human iPSC-Derived Cortical Neurons (Alzheimer’s Disease Sporadic) are fully differentiated, high-purity human neurons generated from iPSCs through a proprietary cortical lineage induction protocol. These cells exhibit typical cortical neuronal morphology with extended neurites and express key neuronal and forebrain markers such as MAP2, βIII-tubulin, NeuN, and synaptic proteins. Functionally active, they form synaptically connected networks and display spontaneous and evoked action potentials in vitro. Designed for reproducibility and consistency, these cortical neurons provide a robust and physiologically relevant platform for studying cortical neurobiology, disease modeling, neurotoxicity, and drug discovery in both mono- and co-culture systems. The cells are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast and Bacteria.

HighQC™ Human iPSC-Derived Cortical Neurons (iPSC-derived, Normal) are an ideal cell model for neurodevelopment research, cortical circuit analysis, neurodegenerative disease modeling, neurotoxicity testing, and drug screening. They are suitable for co-culture with astrocytes or microglia to replicate complex brain microenvironments and disease phenotypes
