Description

HighQC™ Human IPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells-MAPT P301L HOM are a human iPSC-derived neural stem cell line with a homozygous P301L mutation (CCA>CTA) introduced into the MAPT gene using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing. Both alleles carry the mutation. These MAPT P301L homozygous iPSC-Derived NSCs express typical markers of cortical neural stem and progenitor cells, including PAX6, FOXG1, and Nestin. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
