HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Bone Marrow (Adult) Derived Stem Cells are isolated from the bone marrow of healthy adult donors and expanded under standardized, defined conditions. These spindle-shaped, fibroblast-like cells are characterized by the expression of MSC markers including CD73, CD90, and CD105, and lack hematopoietic markers such as CD34 and CD45. They exhibit high clonogenic potential, self-renewal, and the ability to differentiate into adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteoblasts under specific induction protocols. These cells are ideal for regenerative and immunomodulatory research due to their paracrine activity and immune-evasive properties. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
