HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Progeitors from H9 support regenerative medicine, differentiation, and cell therapy development with defined markers.
HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Progenitors are derived from human embryonic cell lines, H9 (WA09). They form adherent monolayers in culture and express canonical MSC surface markers including CD90, CD105, CD166, and CD73. These progenitors maintain multipotent capacity for differentiation into a wide variety of mesenchymal subtypes, including osteogenic and chondrogenic lineages (excluding adipogenic). Under specific induction conditions, they may also differentiate toward tendon, myogenic, neurogenic, and stromal fates. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Mesenchymal Stem Progenitors, a hMSC (human mesenchymal stem cells) progenitor cell line, serve as a valuable in vitro cell model for investigating mechanisms of tissue regeneration and stem cell therapy. Their proven ability to support long-term hematopoietic engraftment in co-culture systems allows modeling of bone marrow microenvironment interactions, crucial for improving transplantation outcomes and understanding stromal support mechanisms. This facilitates research into cell-based therapies.
