HighQC™ Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD34+ Stem/Progenitor Cells; G-CSF And CXCR4 Antagonists are collected after combined administration of G-CSF and CXCR4 antagonists to the donor. This dual mobilization stimulates bone marrow release of large quantities of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells into peripheral blood. CD34+ cells are isolated using positive immunomagnetic selection. These cells exhibit exceptional viability, enhanced engraftment potential, and sustained hematopoietic reconstitution capacity. Dual-agent mobilization yields a broader range of hematopoietic progenitors, supporting translational applications in transplantation, immunotherapy, and gene transfer. This product is especially useful for preclinical studies comparing mobilization strategies and optimizing cell yield.
