Human (Parental) Head AndNeck Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Head And Neck Cancer Stem Cells are tumor-initiating cells derived from human head and neck cancer tissues. Morphologically, the cells display a small, round to spindle-like appearance and grow as adherent monolayers under defined serum-free conditions. They express characteristic cancer stem cell markers such as CD44 and CD133, which are strongly associated with tumorigenic potential and therapy resistance. These cells exhibit stem-like properties, including self-renewal, the ability to differentiate into heterogeneous tumor cell populations and various epithelial cell types present in head and neck malignancies, and demonstrate high tumorigenicity in vivo. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Head And Neck Cancer Stem Cells, also referred to as squamous cell carcinoma CSCs, support experimental research on head and neck cancer-associated cellular hierarchy and stem cell-related biological processes. These cells, exhibiting characteristics of an HNSCC tumor stem cell line, are used in studies of tumor initiation mechanisms, interactions with microenvironmental factors, and regulation of immune-related signaling pathways within controlled research systems.
