Human (Parental) Neuroblastoma Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
Human (Parental) Neuroblastoma Cancer Stem Cells are a population of tumor-initiating cells derived from human neuroblastoma tissue. Morphologically, the cells display small, round to spindle-shaped features. These cells exhibit key stem-like properties, including self-renewal and high tumorigenicity. They express stemness and neuroblastoma-associated markers, such as CD133 and CD117. These cancer stem cells retain the ability to differentiate into neuronal and glial lineages under appropriate cues, and recapitulate tumor heterogeneity when xenografted in vivo. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

Human (Parental) Neuroblastoma Cancer Stem Cells, also known as neural crest tumor stem cells, can be used in in vitro and in vivo research to investigate cancer stem cell-associated mechanisms in neuroblastoma, including self-renewal regulation, tumor cell heterogeneity, and stemness-related signaling pathways. These cells also provide a useful system for studying the molecular characteristics of neuroblastoma cancer stem cells.
