Human (Parental) Pancreatic Cancer Stem Cell; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Human (Parental) Pancreatic Cancer Stem Cells are a population of tumor-initiating cells with stem cell-like properties associated with human pancreatic cancers. Morphologically, they exhibit a small, round to polygonal shape with high nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratios, growing in loosely adherent clusters or spheres in vitro. These cells are characterized by the expression of key cancer stem cell markers such as CD44, CD24, and ALDH1. They possess robust self-renewal capacity, recapitulating the heterogeneity of parental tumors by generating progeny with epithelial or mesenchymal phenotypes. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human (Parental) Pancreatic Cancer Stem Cells serve as a powerful tool for advancing pancreatic cancer research and therapeutic development. This pancreatic carcinoma CSC line is valuable for studying tumor initiation, metastasis, and drug resistance. In drug discovery, they enable high-throughput screening of novel compounds targeting cancer stem cell (CSC) pathways, such as Wnt, Notch, and Hedgehog inhibitors, to overcome therapy resistance.
