Explore HighQC™ Human Pre-Adipocytes Mesenchymal Stem Cell for adipogenic differentiation studies, obesity modeling, and drug screening platforms.
HighQC™ Human Pre-Adipocytes Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from a single adult donor. These cells exhibit a characteristic fibroblast-like, spindle-shaped morphology in standard culture conditions. These cells express well-established mesenchymal surface markers, including CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, and CD166. Functionally, they demonstrate multipotent differentiation potential into adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic lineages under appropriate in vitro induction conditions. These cells also retain important stemness properties and high proliferative capacity, making them ideal for modeling adipose tissue development and metabolic disease mechanisms. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Human Pre-Adipocytes Mesenchymal Stem Cells serve as an in vitro cellular platform to investigate adipogenesis mechanisms, evaluate pharmacological compounds targeting metabolic disorders, and elucidate adipose tissue-related disease pathophysiology. For instance, comprehensive analysis of their differentiation into mature adipocytes clarifies molecular drivers of obesity pathogenesis, thereby contributing to development of targeted research applications.
