Description

HighQC™ Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells, From Healthy Infant are derived from healthy infant donors. Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (HiPSCs) are generated using an RNA-based Sendai virus to deliver reprogramming factors to donor skin fibroblasts. Since the virus does not go through a DNA phase, its genetic material and transgenes do not integrate into the host cell genome. These cells express key pluripotency markers, including OCT4, NANOG, LIN28, and SSEA-4. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
