Sequencing results confirmed that this isogenic iPSC line has a stable homozygous 191 bp deletion in the exon 6 of LRP1 gene. The cells also express the pluripotency markers TRA-1-60, SSEA-3 and OCT4. The cells also demonstrate a strong endogenous alkaline phosphatase activity.
