Mouse Adipose Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Adipose Stem Cells (ASCs) are primary stem cells isolated from the stromal vascular fraction of healthy mouse adipose tissue. These adherent cells display a spindle-shaped, fibroblast-like morphology typical of adipose-derived stem cells. They consistently express characteristic mesenchymal stem cell markers such as CD29, CD44, CD90, and CD105. In defined induction media, these cells demonstrate robust multipotent differentiation potential. Their ability to self-renew and respond to lineage cues makes them valuable for studies in tissue regeneration, metabolic research, and stem cell biology. HighQC™ Mouse Adipose Stem Cells are cryopreserved at early passages to preserve native potency. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

Mouse adipose-derived stem cells are well-suited for a wide array of regenerative research applications, including modeling adipose biology, cartilage repair, and bone tissue engineering. Their robust differentiation potential enables in vitro studies of adipogenesis and osteogenesis, while their secretion of growth factors and cytokines supports investigations into wound healing, metabolic dysfunction, and immune modulation. These cells also serve as reliable platforms for testing biomaterial compatibility and drug-induced responses in preclinical settings.
