Discover Mouse Dendritic Cells from AcceGen, offering cryopreserved immune system models to support immunology, antigen presentation, and vaccine research.
Mouse Dendritic Cells are isolated from mouse tissue. Following the primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. Dendritic cells are specialized for antigen processing and presentation to T cells, triggering antigen-specific immune responses. They are central to initiating both innate and adaptive immunity, making them a focal point in immunological research. Mouse models provide valuable systems to study the development, function, and interactions of dendritic cells with other immune populations. These studies help elucidate immune mechanisms in health and disease. In vitro, these cells show limited proliferative potential, and repeated freezing and thawing during culture should be avoided. The cells should be cultured according to AcceGen’s recommended culture conditions. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Mouse Dendritic Cells can be used as an in vitro model to investigate antigen processing, T cell activation, and innate immune regulation. These cells are critical for studying immune responses in infection, cancer, and autoimmunity. They enable mechanistic analysis of antigen presentation pathways and can be used in vaccine development, tumor immunology, and immunotherapy research.
