Mouse Liver Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Liver Stem Cells are isolated from adult murine liver and specifically enriched for bipotential stem cells capable of differentiating into both hepatocytes and cholangiocytes. These adherent cells display compact epithelial morphology and express hallmark markers such as EpCAM, CD133, and CD13. They exhibit clonogenic growth with stable expansion capacity under defined culture conditions. Karyotypic analysis revealed a normal karyotype and cells are cryopreserved at early passages. These murine hepatic stem cells exhibit regenerative properties in liver injury models and provide a reliable platform for studying liver development, regeneration, and disease progression. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse Liver Stem Cells are ideally suited for modeling hepatic regeneration, lineage commitment, and biliary differentiation. They enable in vitro simulation of liver injury, fibrosis, and cholestatic disease by direct induction into hepatocyte-like cells expressing albumin and CK18 or ductal cells expressing CK19. These cells serve as a reliable platform for drug screening, toxicity assessments and the study of metabolic liver disorders.
